I started my weight loss journey in August of 2022. I am down 90 pounds. On June 11th I saw the scale go below 200 for the first time in almost 30 years! I have struggled with my weight my entire life! I have lost over 60 pounds several times over the years. I could get my weight down but it would always go back up. I lived in fear of when I was going to lose control and the weight would all come back to me-because it always did and I knew it! With Becky’s expert guidance and encouragement I feel so much more in control. Before I couldn’t stand to see myself in pictures-this year on vacation I was the one who forced us all to do a family pic on the beach-I am so happy to have these pics with my family and actually feel ok seeing myself in them. I’ve been going to A better you wellness center since February 2023. I’m on the weight loss plan and it’s working. I have appointments with Becky, monthly. Becky talks to you and comes up with a program to meet your needs. She cares and wants to see people succeed. She encourages you to call her if something is not working and makes changes accordingly. Becky is also very personable and easy to talk to. She’s been there and understands the struggle. I wanted to lose weight but was having a very hard time doing so. I seen becky for her weight loss program and I couldn’t be happier I did. All together I have lost about 40 pounds.
